The Bulldog Campeiro (bordoga), is a Brazilian Bulldog. It is an extremely old breed of working dog. The dog descends from the ancient Old English Bulldogs brought to Brazil during the 16th century by European immigrants. The ideal height is between 48 and 58 cm (18.9 and 22.8 inches) at shoulders height (withers); the ideal weight for males and females between 35 and 45 kg (77,2 and 99,2 lb).[1][2]
